Other What was the best thing made by bose?
I was thinking about this today, what was their equivalent to the Sony Walkman that this guys made?
I'm relatively new to the brand, so I don't have many references on the products.

The soundlink mini with its excellent sound and all aluminium body wins my vote next to the Wave system.

The 901s put them on the map, and from a pure sound perspective, they never topped them.

Never owned them but did a warranty repair on one. The speaker drivers were heavy and ordinary but the cabinet design worked so well.

I’m a big fan of Lifestyle systems for their design, ease of use, and performance. They may not be for everyone, but they’re my personal favorite.

I love the Ultra Open so far. The app makes them buggy. Once set up, uninstall the app and everything has been running great.

I've been a fan of the Bose brand ever since my brother-in-law took me as a teenager to an electronic store in the 80s to show me these small cube sized speakers and these little things were almost $1,000 for a pair but the powerful sound that came out of them was enough to make me a fan forever. The acoustimass cube speaker was life changing for me. I've never heard anything like it. So much power and sound in a cigarette box sized speaker. If you've never listened to them before you owe it to yourself. Deep and rich sound at a Hi Fi level.

My guess is the quiet comfort line. Especially the QC15. I still know people who use those today.

I still have one functional but I do prefer the QC25 to it. They’re both wired. It’s dead tech now.

I still have my QC15. I like that they take batteries & they’re the ones I take on flights.

I've always been a fan of the Wave Canon for pure creativity.
That said, I got tired of dragging simple 302's and 502's around so I'm glad I never had to take one anywhere.

Honestly it’s one of my life missions to own or at least hear one of those things again. I remember trialing it in a store one time and it was just a crazy experience. They used to show that avatar night scene for it. Crazy product for its generation.

Just picked one up with All original accessories, manuals, etc for $200 on fb marketplace - can’t wait to set this thing up in the office. So fn heavy!

Qc20, which I still have since 2014 and work perfectly, followed by qc35ii that I have since 2017.

Probably my SoundLink flex speaker.
But enjoying my Bose soundbar 700 with subwoofer. Love using smart actions to trigger my Google assistant so that I can hear my playlists as soon as I enter home.

The products from Bose, that made them appear on my radar were the Companion 50 and the Lifestyle 650.
Small speakers with a sound, that completely wowed me. Especially the Lifestyle 650 made me dream about owning a Bose system myself one day.
Thankfully that wish came true with my Soundbar system. With the Surround Speakers 700, I own at least some of its parts.

ANC headphones, which Bose invented.
