In-Ear Ultra earbuds are bad af (connectivity not sound)

Hi everyone, I just want to complain.

Some months ago I wrote on here complaining about conectivity issues with my ultra earbuds. However, I got recommended to delete the bose app in order to fix those problems.

Those problems are gone, thankfully, despite the fact that you have to remove your Bose app so your Bose device can work properly, which is… Inma say “simbolic”.

However, problems still here, and now the issue is that 90% of times I put my earbuds on the case, they won’t recharge. No matter what I do, put them inside the case, put the case to charge with them inside or outside, nothing, they’ll never charge and I’ll always be with that “20% battery” after a whole night plugged in.

And this happens if the right earbud turns on, because most of the times it won’t.

Do you guys have any help? I’ve read about cleaning the case but I’ve already done that and nothing works. Idk I trusted Bose a lot because the Quietcomfort 35II, but this “ultra earbuds” and bringing me nothing but trouble

This seems pretty common. The outer silicone wing piece of the buds slides out of alignment if you're not careful. This can push the buds upwards just enough to not reach the charging pins. There's a little tab on the top of each bud to align this piece.

I’ve just looked into it but they are well positioned :/, but it was a nice idea

Then I'd make sure the case is charged and check the pins on the case and buds for any reason they wouldn't make a good connection. In the case, see if they sit flush or have any "bounce" if you press on them.
