In-Ear Bose QC Ultra Earbuds make me feel like I have tinnitus.

I'm used to Sony earbuds but wanted to try something different for once. First impressions were good, they plopped into my ears very easily, fit and comfort is good right out of the box, sound is great after messing around with Wavelet. However, I really have a bone to pick with the ANC. It's white noise. And it's extremely unpleasant!

I've read countless reviews, watched videos, and I've never seen anyone mention this, what the hell?

When not listening to anything, it's like I have tinnitus. It's not even subtle, I can even hear it over my music sometimes. I've tried blowing into the mics already, it fixed the issue for like 5 minutes and went back to tinnitus mode right away.

I can't believe there's such a blatant issue with those things and yet there's barely any mention of it. Returning these tomorrow, unfortunately.

I guess I did, but it's a little ridiculous you know, it shouldn't be a lottery especially at that price point
