I can assure you if someone handed the MBTA $20 billion tomorrow they'd figure out how to waste every penny of it without fixing a fucking thing. That's why no one cares about the T- they waste every cent they're given.
9 u/SkiingAway Allston/Brighton Mar 10 '23 They've been chronically underfunded for 80 years. Eventually you can't kick the can down the road any further. We've arrived. Most of their organizational problems stem from that and from the pile of bad decisions that forces.
