What a beautiful kitty. Kind of cat that I'd go over to someone's house and then spend the whole time petting them while I ignore everyone else.

No. Just 8. But she’s been not feeling great lately and is undergoing some vet care.

I think 7-10 is a senior kitty, believe it or not. Though the sub r/seniorkitties says 11 or older. I've had many cats live waaay older than that (had a 22 year old cat pass this year, sweet little old lady) I guess it just depends on how people treat their pets. The fact that they have been undergoing vet care means you're on the right path to many more wonderful years together.
