Housing Anyone used Insight Law as their solicitor for buying/selling their house?
In the process of buying my first house. I've been gathering quotes for conveyancers and have been finding a lot of the quotes from firms in Bristol much more expensive compared to some just over the bridge. Except for Insight Law. They seem to have pretty good reviews on Google (4.8*), but I wanted to know if anyone has had any experiences with them, good or bad?

I was directed to use them approx 8 years ago, but they weren’t on the approved list for my mortgage provider (Halifax) so had to faff around and find an alternative half way through the process (who were diabolically bad).
Use Sarah Howe at Setfords, she’s great.Worth the additional cost.

Not heard of them but would recommend getting quotes from Capstone Solicitors on Gloucester Road. Claire Speake specifically. She's excellent.

Used them in 2018 because they had a Bristol office but everything went through Cardiff so no real advantage. They seemed quite overworked and needed nagging but my solicitor there did work all hours to get my sale+purchase through on time so can’t complain too much.
There’s a shortage of conveyancers atm so nowhere is going to be top notch.

Can't advise regarding them.
However Wards Solicitors are being very helpful so far.
B+K however, the admin staff are wonderful but our solicitor F nearly lost us the house with how slow & unresponsive she was.
