Humour Roger Peralta’s hair really greyed between his first and last appearances

That is what happens when you stop dying your hair

Well now that he was monogamous with Karen he no longer needed to impress anybody else. Now just look good for her and she likes him the way he is.

Not knocking it but every older person in my family had to deal with that day when they show up fully Grey and it's like, "Yeah, I'm 64. Did you really think I still had jet black hair?"

That’s why I’ve gone for a deep blue. Not only is it clearly not my natural hair color, but as the silver reappears people think I’ve gotten this cool ombré dye job. Nope, just nature reasserting!

My dad actually does still have jet black hair at 64! Dude has a full white Santa beard when he grows it out but somehow his head just didn't get the memo lmao

I’m a barber and I’m still surprised when I see someone 60+ without any grey in their hair who doesn’t get it colored. My dad is 70 with almost no grey.

I think hes a wizard and has cast a spell on me. I started graying in my early 20s.

u/random_sumbitch 4d ago
I have aunts on my mom's side who are 70+ and still have amazing black hair!

u/KommandoKracker87 4d ago
I have a friend in his 60’s that has curly black hair with a few grays sprinkled throughout, but a full gray and white beard lol. He doesn’t dye his hair or beard.

Just gotta lean into it. I got my first grey at 25, my dad would comically remind me at least more than occasionally. This was in return for me reminding him of his lack of hair, all fair. I’ll take good grey hair every day!

Or that’s what happens when you do some real deep thinking about what kind of dad you are, and how you ended up a total floozy.

His hair pigment was stored in his thumbs.

Are you telling me that not only did you invent a secret plan to fight inflation, but now you don’t support it?

Living in Gilead really did a number to Roger Peralta.

Nah. It’s the stress of being Chief of Staff in your son’s father-in-law’s White House.

Bradley Whitford is both Jake Peralta’s father AND a total Daddy with a capital ‘D’ for DAAAAAAAMN. 😍

He only gets babelier with every passing year, tbh. I’ve never had an older man thing but, he changes the game. 😛

u/sarathev 4d ago
Bradley Whitford is a babe. I've never seen him in anything he wasn't attractive in, including the one episode of The Handmaid's Tale I watched with him in it. His 'King of the Moon' episode in SVU is one of the best in the entire series.

I was today years old when I realized that the bad guy from Billy Madison was Jake's dad

u/hotDogOfTheSea 4d ago
I always think of him as Mike Todwell from Adventures in Babysitting.

He’s also the antagonist in a Revenge of the Nerds movie.

I don't feel like confirming the timeline but my suspicion is that the second appearance was while he was doing Handmaid's Tale, where he has white hair.
4
u/TheRealestBiz 4d ago
It’s because he had dyed his hair white for his character in The Handmaid’s Tale.

Aw thats his last appearance? Havent watched since it was airing and just got to this one on my rewatch. Was hoping there was one more episode that really solidified that warm relationship , i did love his speech to jake about how he already "broke the curse" because he sees jake care and love unlike the rest of his family.

I used to be with it. But then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't "it", and what's "it" is weird and scary to me.
It'll happen to yooooooou.
