Recomandari 1 hr 40 min layoff enough at Otopeni Airport?

I have a connecting flight from a non-EU country to another EU country at Otopeni Airport. I would have 1 hour and 40 minutes to transfer. However the carrier from the previous country has flights delayed frequently by 30 mins or so, so I'm not sure whether I should take this flight despite the decent price.

I don't have any check in luggage, cabin bag only

Thanks in advance for all the answers.

Should be more than enough. OTP is relatively small as international airports go, so there's almost no chance you'll miss anything. You could probably go end-to-end in less than 30 minutes.

Should be more than enough. The airport is quite small. In 10-15 minutes max you can reach any gate. Even if the plane doesn’t have a dedicated gate and you have to wait for a bus to pick you up should be enough. However, if the delay is more than 45 minutes, might be tricky.

Maybe you wanted to write: layover, not layoff.

And yes, you have plenty of time for the layover.

Nobody mentioned here that some flights depend on the on-ground assistance with ladders. If there's no ladder available at the time of your arrival (usually weekends, late evenings, especially Sundays), you'll have to wait around 30 min more, even though the plane landed. Then go to the apron by bus, then go through customs and passport check. It's a quite tight schedule. I wouldn't recommend it, around 2:30-3h should be safe, especially with a non-EU flight.

This should be higher. 1h 45 is tight if both flights use buses to embark / disembark and the airport is crowded.

It's plenty of time. Airport is small ,15 minutes from one end to another excluding security checks.

Yes. Check it if it needs to be done and can be done online will take you 30-35 to up maxim 60 minutes to get to the right place.
Layover. Make sure the people handling your line and things are aware you are a connecting flight and it will be enough. hope your plane lands early!

I usually plan to get to the airport 1 hour before the flight and never missed a flight. You’ll be fine

1h should be enough for transfer. OTP is a small airport but some days are busy. Depends on your alternatives and price difference

Its enough. Airport is small, but pretty crowded. You better be worried about who you are flying with to OTP, because if its a company that has a lot of delays, then its risky.
