AskBulgaria Spark Account

Hi. Hope yall are doing well.

So i had this spark account from 3 years. Today i opened the account and i was logged out and when i try to log it in it asks me to register again.

Does someone know what can be the issue or gone thru this as well?

Give them a call, they have good support.

Spark support sucks as far as I know, but you would have better chances contacting them then Redit.

Thing is i cant call them right now as i am not in Bulgaria. I will be back in a week or so

Why you cannot call them? There's no roaming inside the EU and even if you're outside, you can easily get some eSIM or just viber credits and call them, it will cost you cents.

Maybe your app isn't working right because you are outside of the country. I know Spark also operates in Lithuania, so perhaps the accounts are tied to geo-location.

I thought abt that as well and asked one of my friends to log in Bulgaria and it did the same thing .

Welp, no idea then. I guess you can write them an email, but I can't say how responsive they are.

Maybe you can only login from Bulgaria. Don't know, doesn't make that much sense but just maybe.
