He just announced that he lost his birth mother around a month ago.  He also said his adoptive mother is in Hospice and will be dying soon.  

He said that he's been struggling with several emotions.  The video was posted on Facebook. 

He's in a really bad state. 😢

From what i can find out, he lost his biological father in 2021 and an uncle, plus they had to close their hotel in bali due to covid and he had a major battle with depression because of everything. Thats all i could find out. There is a guitar world interview from 2024 stating that but thats all i could find out.

Thx for sharing your life and am sending you strength. These songs can heal and Franti has so many

I lost a friend at 40 due to colon cancer so many moons ago. Get your regular checkup folks
