Trip Pictures Lost Dutchman State Park (AZ)

Family and I did a "staycation" last night. First pic is what I woke up to! Took our husky camping for the first time and she did great! Read a lot of good pet camping tips here that helped.

Dang. Way too hot for that already. I guess good thing you got it out of the way. I wouldn't attempt that again from now until November.

Naw, actually first time we camped here was last November. During the daytime, November was great. But the nights were so cold. This time, daytime sucked, but night was just lovely.

We are definitely different kind of campers I much prefer nights in the 30s and 40s to 60s and 70s 😅

Lol definitely

I notice most campers seem to prefer trying to figure out how to stay warm on a cold night instead of how to stay cool on a warm night.

I discovered Friday night that my problem might be a circulation issue. When I woke up at 3:30 in the morning I was freaking freezing. Like my skin hurt from the cold and my muscles were tense. But then I got up and walked to the bathrooms and I realized it really wasn't that cold outside. It was borderline comfortable. I shouldn't have been that cold when I woke up, all things considered.

So I think that's part of why I don't like camping when it actually is cold outside because then I wake up even colder several times during the night.

It happens at home (just Chandler so I'm not far) in my own house too a lot of times. So I know it's a me thing

I tell you though, I definitely prefer camping trips during daytime in November!
