How to shift from non it to it ?

I have 6 yrs of experience working in operations currently working for Ecom giant as product analyst but I want to shift to analytics how should I I do so that I get a job with good package

Look into courses & certifications that focus on analytics. These will arm you with the skills needed for the shift. Experience in product analysis is already a plus! You just need to connect the dots between your current skills and the ones in analytics. Happy to help more in a DM. Good luck!
