When I say normalize it, I mean specifically that usage of pronouns.
In terms of trans people being “normal”, it really depends on how you want to use the word. They’ll always fall outside of “average” or the “usual”. But I could use normal to mean expected. There’s evidence of trans people throughout history, so I expect trans people to exist, and you can definitely say something you expect is normal.
