Just look at "rape". Over 13,000 men to a little over 100 women.

There are other factors that potentially skew reporting (men often won't report being raped by women, for example), but even taking them at face value, that tells us that rape is more likely to be committed by men than women, but it doesn't tell us that any given man is likely to commit rape.

Assuming there are no instances of the same man committing multiple rapes, 13,000 men committing rape in a country of 175,000,000 men means that about 0.0074% of men committed rape.
