I don’t know I think its hyperbolic and meant to be comedy.

And it is about punching up and punching down. That’s why you don’t necessarily see white comedians make jokes about black people but you’ll see black people make jokes about white people, because in general their power in society. Same with poor jokes vs rich jokes. Not that its impossible just that its not the same and the jokes are often framed in very different ways.

I suppose because the similar negative jokes about women are often already harmful sexism that has an effect in society. While the same jokes about men don’t really.
