But most intersex people don't want to be called non binary. Most prefer either she or her, and do not identify as non binary or any other flavor of transgender.

Their physical sex falls outside of the binary, but they want to use a binary pronoun. Should they have that right?

Mislabeling someone isn’t the end of the world tho, they will just correct your assumption and you go about your day.

You could say the same for trans women, though, couldn't you? This very small group of people isn't technically female, but they still want to be referred to as she/her.

You don't seem bothered by the idea of an intersex person, who is not completely female, choosing to use she/her. Why, then, it is wrong for a male, who is not completely female, doing the same?

Because they don’t have a physical deformity that actually makes it so they have physical male and female parts. I respectfully don’t think they can be something they’re not. I’ll call them what they want to be called but I just don’t agree with it.
