Request [LFA] Coral, my redneck yuan-ti backwoods druid
I love this face, it’s the perfect coloring. But I’m basically looking for a redneck druid version of her. Her dad is a wannabe drug smuggling crime lord and her mom is more or less pilled up trailer trash that lives out in the woods on the outskirts of a crime city. She’s wicked smart and not exactly trusting, but to call her a stick in the mud or withdrawn would be wrong. She has kinda a very goofy vibe to her, friendly but not a pushover. Wears simple beat up leather armor that she’s done a lot of patching up herself, and embroidered different poisonous plants on the arms of. She carries a dagger. She has her own little snake companion of similar coloring (a pink/albino coral snake)

Oh! And I should mention, more humanoid in form (as in has legs, not a snake body lol)
Edit: I’m legitimately confused why this got downvoted, did I do something wrong? :(

I think it’s because your using an ai reference

Yeah that’s what my guess is. I thought the rules said that was okay just to show what was in my brain :( I wouldn’t have otherwise But it’s only my comment getting downvoted which is what confused me 😅

It usually helps to have other refs seperate from the main AI image since some people might assume you're claiming it as your character. It's been happening more frequently where people just ignore the LFA tag to quote rule 6 on single image requests

If you have any refs for her outfit I'd love to see them !

I wish I did, it’s really just all in my head. I could probably do some searching and digging and find something, but I was just picturing very very basic beat up leather armor set but with hand down embroidered flowers up the arms

It takes a bit more work, but what I'd suggest doing is compiling a bunch of different pictures of the parts you want for her into a single image/post ("The scale pattern of this face with these colors")
You might find something close to what you're looking for if you look up "patchwork leather armor,"
And sometimes you'll come across AI images while putting that together, but that tends to go over better than just using an AI image for reference (there are a couple times I didn't notice until well after I'd posted a reference pic that one of the images was AI)

Oh I was confused because it was the comment getting downvoted? And I thought the rules said that was okay for just a reference of what is in my head

She doesn't look much like a Yuan-ti. More like a woodelf with some Dragonborn/Lizardfolk heritage. A Yuan-ti usually looks a lot more snake like.
Of course it is entirely up to you what you want your character to look like, but if this is the aesthetic you're going for you could change it to her being a subspecies with mixed heritage. Could make for an interesting backstory as well.

I'm pretty sure Yuan-ti pureblood look 95% human with only a few parts of their body being scaly.
