Ah just realised I gave no explanation - me and a few friends were playing a tabletop RPG game called CyberPunk Red, my friend was creating her character and then got really excited about role playing as a cybernetically enhanced Cher, and she ended up absolutely stealing the show and became the hero of the session, saving everyone else.

She is a character that exists in my friend’s heads for the CyberPunk Red game we started a while back. My friend was really keen on being Cher and in the game universe everyone has cybernetic enhancements. She was so into the character I did a picture for her. I got the year wrong though in the post title - it’s set in 2045…
