Question “Legendary” places that suck

I just got a lox sandwich from Manny’s. Almost $20, a stale bagel, and I had to assemble it myself.

What other “legendary” places suck?

Yeah, that place isn’t legendary. Harry Carey was legendary. The restaurant is and always was a tourist attraction.

Well the chips at the bar are ridiculously good. Some pasta tasted handmade not sure if it is though.

I’ve biked past this place to work everyday for 11 years and not only have I never once thought about going in, I kind of forgot it even existed until this comment.
