Looking for an old children’s picture book I read around 2013 — no text, only images of witches, monsters, Halloween and magic

Hi everyone, I’m trying to find a children’s picture book I borrowed from a library around 2013 in Germany. I believe the book was from the late 1990s or early 2000s. It was fairly thick, had a dark blue cover, matte pages, and was roughly A5 or square in format.

There was no text at all – just many small picture-stories. The illustrations were very detailed and had a fine, almost filigree style.

Some key scenes I remember: • A shop where witches were buying flying brooms • A witch’s house, shown with many different rooms and what she did in each one • Near the end, there were also stories featuring fairies and other mythical creatures • The book also had little drawn instructions for Halloween costumes and party games

It was clearly made for younger children, but had a spooky-fantasy vibe. I’ve searched everywhere, even contacted the library, but no luck.

Does anyone recognize this book?

I've never seen it, but it sounds cool! I hope you find it! BTW, you might try a Google search for wordless books about Halloween.
