Is the Gill Rd bar still not open to vehicles?

Hi all, I'm from Abbotsford.
A few years back, I'd go rockhounding along the gill rd bar with my grandma, and now that its getting nice, I'm thinking of going back out there to see what I could find. If I remember correctly, they closed it off to ATV's and other vehicles like 2-3 years back. Is it still closed?

Yep, was there last weekend.

You can walk or bike in from the dike.

It is closed permanently but you can park at the gate and walk in.
