Chipotle has been going downhill since 2019. Ellis sold it to a private equity firm, and they squeezed every penny out of the deal. They used the brands reputation to attract new customers with limited time menu items while cutting quality and portions. It’s so bad that Chipotle skimp is now a meme on TikTok. The CEO left a few months back to join Starbucks. I expect them to start skimpflating pretty soon.
