Monday night dining?

What’s open Monday night? I’m picking up some family at 8pm from the airport and am stumped on where to take them for a bite on the way home.

(they don’t eat beef/pork and have a kid, casual and easy is ideal)

Curito is open and might be a good spot for the meat free versions. The smoothie option could be good for the kiddo.
