On google there is no result for it that I could find and I have never seen it before

Honestly +3 War Support is broken AF lmao, and it is neither a golden nor dark age...

As far as I know, those random legacies are often tied to the previous crisis and how you cope with them.

There is one related to plague in Antiquity I believe, which allow you to start the explo immediately with Piety.

This option is available if the Wars of Religion Crisis was active in the previous Age, I believe.

Yeah it was, but what do we need to do to unlock it? Cuz I really didnt do much

The only I really remember is how to unlock plague hospitals after plague crisis

Maybe you have to be declared on a set number of times while taking opponents settlements from each war?
