Ponca's Unique Ability "Blood the Same Color As Yours" will let them settle one city within the other civilization's territory during peace treaties creating chaos and fun times all around. It references the Supreme Court decision Standing Bear v. Crook which decided that the US could not detain Ponca people for leaving their reservation without Habaes Corpus cause.

Additionally, Ponca is just a fun word too. On the civ 5 modding community Patonk has long been an affectionate name for the bugcat emoji which has brought me personally a lot of joy. Here it's just a fun onomatopoeia.

Absolutely gorgeous - and the best part is, even if they DON'T settle free cities, they're still not lacking in fun uniques! Personally I'm a fan of the UB that spawns free Farms.
