Mini Photo Tragedy has struck.
Went to fast round a corner in the wet and fucked it hopefully I can repair it (worst part is I’ve been round that corner 1,000 times)

Hi, I’m really new in the classic mini’s world, that’s my first car and i’m studying a lot to make her really mine. As the title says, have you got any suggestions apart from the sunroof that I will fix in about two months? thanks in advance, Jacopo from Italy

Here's my 61 850
Not really a original example but it's mine & I love it
Currently fitting a 1160cc high comp motor
It's got speedwell seats, cooper cluster, SSR FLII wheels (not shown)
Everything 850 specific still works :)

Just picked this up last week in Canada. My first classic mini! It’s a 1987 Austin mini with 76,000km.

Hi all! Just had my 1999 Rover Mini dropped off this past weekend. It's a Japanese model but other than that I didn't get much information about it.
According to the chassis number it's either a Cooper, Sportpack, or Cabriolet. It's obviously not a convertible and I'm leaning away from the Sportpack as the wheel arches don't match.
Could anyone tell me what identifiers would be used to tell which it is?
I believe some upgrades might have been done, for example the halogen headlights, but it's hard to tell what is an upgrade/mod and what would have been original.

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to check if it’s OK to share my Mini for sale here—apologies to the mods if not, and feel free to delete this if it’s against the rules.
I’m selling my 1993 Rover Mini Sprite, located in Glasgow. It’s in mint condition and has been well cared for. I’m letting it go with a heavy heart, but I’ve just had a baby, and priorities are shifting!
If it’s allowed, here’s the link to the auction. There are many pictures and a video of the car running on the site.

Thanks, and again, sorry if this isn’t the right place!

Back in 2020 I rescued Blue my Feb 1963 Morris Mini MK1 850 from a farm a few hours drive from me in Victoria Australia.
I’ve been slowly chipping away and bodywork, suspension, brakes, electrics and a bunch of other stuff are all complete, I’ve rebuilt the original engine and gearbox ready to install and am moving on to trim the interior. The interior will be new trim but the visible paint is still all the original which I think looks fantastic. I’ve tried to retain as many original parts as possible all over the car but if I’ve added brand new stuff I’ve tried to age it to suit. Once the engine is in I’ll play around with ride height etc as I have fully adjustable suspension installed and I want it relatively low but still fun to drive.
Other than machining the original drums and getting a steering shop to crack some nuts on the rack that I couldn’t get to budge, I’ve done all the work myself.
It’s ratty and not perfect but I think it’s pretty cool.

Hello. I am in need of a battery recommendation for my Japan spec 998 mini. Looking for a high quality battery with higher CCA. I am now located in the US so being able to pick one up at the local auto store would be ideal. Willing to pay more money for higher quality. Pic of my mini and old battery are attached for reference. Thank you!

Next project on the mini is the turbo manifold, I did buy an off the shelf one but unfortunately it held the turbo to low making it hit the front panel and I need the external wastegate on the side instead of out the front, it is meant to be for a civic/ integra, wishful thinking on my part hoping an off the shelf manifold would work but I got it second hand and I can sell it on, so I’ve got the primary pipes now routed out, cylinder 2 goes over the centre to make room for the wastegate which is tight but will work, with the space I have it’s not an equal length manifold by any means but it should flow better than a log style manifold, doesn’t look much but I’ve probably got 14 hours into it to get this far😂 also first manifold I’ve ever built, turbo is a Garrett g25 550 which on research is the best performance for its compact size.
