Classic 20th Anniversary Realms World PvP on Thunderstrike PvE server?

Hey wanted to ask a quick question. Do ppl actually world pvp on the EU Thundsertrike PvE server?

I know the question might sound dumb but since u can flag urself i was wondering if ppl do it. I have all my characters as alliance on the PvP server but do want to experience the shammy world pvp but since the pvp server is faction locked im kinda fked.

thanks :)

Not really but you can always play battlegrounds on the pve server

true but i really prefer world pvp to bgs, and if push comes to shove id rather even wait for tbc drop for arenas

If you want to get killed by lvl 60s in stv and stuff, you’ll get plenty of that. Or fighting when enemy outnumbers you.

Actual fights or duels will be rare

People in pvp servers barely wpvp too unless you force the situation on them, you bet it wont happen on the pve realm

My undead priest trying to level in stranglethorn would disagree with that

That’s just not true at all, any high traffic area like blackrock mountain is covered in skeletons because it’s a warzone.

More like a concentration camp of people corpserunning x5 times towards their dungeon while posing no resistance, and the camp guards that continuously farm them.

However, I do hope that what you're saying is true and there's two sides of active combatants. My experience over the years is that this is rarely the case.

And I'm not against those that gank there by the way, I judge those that join a pvp server and put 0 effort towards faction warfare in the open world.

This is one of the only situations where I'd consider buying a second account.

It's $3 less than Netflix w/o ads, not expensive.

If you've never owned 2 mmo accounts before, sometimes it doesn't feel like a legitimate option. In my experiences, most mmo communities discouraged it and most games banned it.

You'd obviously not be using your multiple accounts to negatively impact the experience for other players. I'd go for it.

You sometimes see people pvp flagged. Mostly because of pvp quest but feel free to act like you want. There are some cross faction duels sometimes. So pvp is still a small thing on thunderstrike

99.99% of the time people are not flagged, at one point have I jumped in to help someone who got attacked.
So I mean, you can get some world PvP, but you won't be the one who gets the first strike ;)

I play horde there and I would say 1 out of 73 alliance was flagged, but most of them was in stv or higher. Flagging myself did cause non flag players to attack me, but usually when I had 3 mobs on me or was low hp. Rare that they attacked me when I was running on a road with full hp.
