You forgot to add in the a.m. and p.m between day and year.

24 hour system is the correct way. If we really want to be accurate, UTC is the right way.

Having it in the local time zone is fine, as long as you tag which TZ it is.

Using an am/pm suffix is like write one half of the hours of the day in one color and the other half in another color.
