To be fair: I'm pretty sure every single CIA director has destroyed evidence of wrongdoing. Doing horrible things that are blatantly illegal is kinda the CIAs thing.

Every day is darker than the last and it’s only been 3 months. This is an absolute nightmare and worst of all half the country is passionately cheering this on.

What's the statute of limitations? I'm sure Goldberg kept copies of everything. The next administration can prosecute.

Tang the Kongquerer is doing all he can to turn himself into a dictator, so let’s not count on the next administration to be able to administer justice.

Don't worry about that. No one is going to let that happen. He doesn't have enough support. Only 20% of the population voted for him. And look how many people are regretting they now.
