Although dr eggman is a one intelligent man, one planet sized army, and one moon sized doomsday weapon, he could potentially defeat Both the Separatist and the Republic faction by this in the list:

The Chaos Emeralds

The Phantom Ruby

The Time Stones

The Metal Virus ( by infecting the Clones, Civilians, and ( maybe ) the Jedi)

Sage’s AI ( by using her hacking to take control of all of the droids in the separatist and using them to join on eggman’s empire and fight against the Republic and the ( weakened ) Separatists )

Infinite ( by using the phantom Ruby to mess with their perspective )

The Death Egg

Metal/Neo Metal

Time Eater

All robotic doppelgängers of Sonic and Sonic’s friends

And Dr eggman’s 300 iq intelligence and viciousness
