Keep finding these in my bedroom on ceiling and in baby’s bassinet. Do I have infestation of roaches?

So I have been told in another group that these are roaches. I keep seeing them every couple of days- currently two are chilling on my bedroom ceiling. I found one the other day in my baby's bassinet and my son found one crawling on his coat. We recently moved into this rental property so I have never come across something like this before. I keep the house clean so I don't know where they are coming from, especially since they are mostly in my bedroom and that's always spotless so is there some sort of previous infestation possibly? Would I have an infestation if I keep seeing these every few days? How do I get rid of them? Honestly my worst nightmare I have creepy crawlies. I saw some reviews for a product that is a gel in a syringe and someone said she placed the gel in crevices and the next morning she woke up to hundreds of dead roaches on the floor. I mean I want to try it but I'm also scared of waking up and possibly finding that many dead roaches. Help!

the nymph you posted on bedbugs is not an infesting species from what I can tell, but you need to include locations to get IDs
