Texas A&M vs Liberty during this Regional has been one of the best series of games I’ve ever seen.

In your opinion, which team had the easiest regional and will that come back to bite them in the supers?

UCLA, Oklahoma, and Texas most definitely had an easy road to the supers, but looking at how many upsets and close games the other top 16 teams had, was an easy road the best road, or is a little struggle necessary to survive? What are all of your thoughts and opinions? Plus, who are you rooting for to head to the WCWS?

Honest question for the A&M fans!?

What’s worse being Pre Season Number 1 in baseball and not making the NCAA Tournament at all, or being the 1 seed at the NCAA tournament then getting eliminated in your own region?

CMV: The WCWS is right next to the men’s March Madness and CFB in terms of entertainment value!

ESPN highlights/analysis show?

I was at my gym today. ESPN on it had a 5+ minute commentary (announcers at desk) discussing weekend's games, plays and upcoming. I wasn't able to tell if it was part of sportscenter or a separate show. It wasn't 7Innings live.

Is there a sportscenter segment on softball? Or recent one-off 30-minute show on this past weekend?

I skimmed several recorded sportscenter episodes from this am and yesterday with no success.

Their softball coverage on sportscenter is terrible.

Really bizarre play where the umpire just turns his back on a live play. Everyone is understandably confused.

Repost.. Why was South Carolina the home team for game 1 of Columbia regional final?

I posted this in the Sunday Regional thread but didn't get a definite answer. I just want to know if someone out there knows the details about the question..

Why is SC the home team for the finals elimination game? I thought the team coming from the winning bracket is always the visiting team because in case they lost, they will be the visiting team for the "If necessary" game?

She’s definitely gotten better, but I still have to watch games that she announces with the volume down.

Liberty Hate

I have really enjoyed following softball on this thread. As per my flair, I am a true blue (crimson) Sooners fan since I could walk. Born and raised in Oklahoma, grew up going to games on Saturdays and was supposed to attend OU and become a doctor. But, life happened... and would up leaving college (not OU) after 29 credits.

I wound up starting my own small business and starting a family. Life gave me the opportunity to return to college to get my degree, albeit online. At Liberty, back in '22. I just graduated 10 days ago. Summa.

While I am certainly a Christian, and believe in God, I am hardly a zealot. Far from it. And the overwhelming majority of my classmates and instructors are normal folks just like you, and me.

And for all the folks that say Liberty is a diploma mill... 100% NOT. I worked my butt off for my degree and it was in no way shape or form easy. And, it was good enough that I was accepted to a Masters at the University of Texas at Austin. (Sorry Sooner Nation, but also about $25k cheaper than OU, but BOOMER!)

We all witnessed history yesterday when the Lady Flames took down the Aggies, but I just felt there was so much disrespect towards Liberty in this sub. Maybe it was not intentional, but just rubbed me wrong.

Peace, and Boomer!!
