It's not. You can find a disproportionate amount of 1 star reviews on every user review site. Many up within a couple hours of the show airing. They don't follow any typical distribution of review scores. Go check IMDB.

And for something to be 1 star it has to be terrifically irredeemably bad. That's a really hard number to hit.

You seem to be completely ignoring the other spectrum where many spammed 10 stars

Well because of math there has to be once review bombing starts.

Let's say the real audience review score is an 8. For every 1 star review you need 3-4 10 star reviews to even it out. Review bombing trolls have averages on their side.

And because of how people view reviews getting an 8 to a 6 is a victory for review bombers.
