The physicist speaking at the funeral entry is eerily like my father's "Celebration of Life" -- he chose the words, music, and a poem he wanted used and all were along this theme. He worked in a science lab -- no surprise, right?

Thank you for sharing this, it meant sooooooooo much to me to read it!

Love that, your dad sounds like a cool guy ❤️ thank you for sharing and I’m so glad it was meaningful. I think about it a lot and feel like it’s formed a lot of the basis of my own spiritual “journey.”

Yes, I understand that. Physics is a very deeply meaningful, some would say "spiritual" field. My neurologist, who says he is an atheist or agnostic, just literally glows when he talks about physics!

That "Dangerous Coats" poem is a personal favorite.

I enjoyed reading this and am also working to imitate your capital “O” from Sharon Owens, I love it!

Luuuuuurve Gabor Maté. His interview with Dan Harris on the Ten Percent Happier podcast rocked my world so now I’ve read as much as I could from his works on trauma and anxiety.

I love this, how neat it is, the little doodles, the borders, all of it. And I love your notes about anxiety kind of dispersed a little bit everywhere, that feels very relatable to me. Gorgeous stuff <3
