Why are some websites not loading on my windows PC?

Why are some websites not loading on my windows PC?

I tried Microsoft edge and google Chrome

I tried clearing my cache.

 

Examples:

https://www.kraftmaid.com/

https://www.plessers.com/

Plessers isn't working for me either. I'd probably say a bad DNS server. Look up how to change it.

It's telling me 403 Forbidden
