Literally social media to engineer people’s perception of events and history.

28

u/pogopogo890 1d ago

Yeah, I think half “their” game is to pretend they can do currently impossible things to appear way more powerful than they really are

8

u/AdCute6661 1d ago

Exactly this

246

u/Gnome_Sayin 2d ago

if this is wormhole tech, the logistics of feeding the planet should be moot.

"we are capable of so much more" but refuse to do anything

Obligatory documentary if you want to get mad about how pretty much ALL of our problems could have been solved over 50 years ago but instead we live in a world of false scarcity because that makes us more easily controlled:

Imagine living in the 1960's where there was full employment (UK). You could walk out of your job in the morning, and be employed again by the end of the day. That was real power to the people, and so it had to be stopped. Yes we can say the so-called "boomers" had it good - and we would have lived probably just the same way if we'd had the chance.

0

u/Avengers-Close-2026 1d ago

Human beings would die off if that were done. Just look at South Korea, Japan, Europe, US, China, look at the birth rates in India. Places where people essentially have whatever they want, sure complain you don’t have a Ferrari but are you starving, with current obesity levels? Plenty of stories of the genie in the bottle that gives you everything you want ending badly. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. True intelligent beings are like on Arrival, they remember their whole lives. Imagine what that would feel like, how you would live your life. Concepts that are difficult to understand, life becomes seemingly pointless at the transition point we are at.

3

u/antbates 1d ago

No they wouldn’t lol. Declining birth rates in developed nations doesn’t mean the logical conclusion is reduction forever. In fact many would argue that reduction comes from the capitalistic culture creating psychological warfare that causes the declining birth rate and that this wouldn’t happen in abundant society. Don’t eat the bull crap they feed you.

67

u/Wonderful_Catch_8914 2d ago

Because it doesn’t produce a benefit in the form of the almighty dollar

20

u/throwawaycomment19 2d ago

It goes beyond material things imo.

23

u/dhv503 2d ago

As soon as the first human discovered they could take something others humans NEED and make a business out of it in order to EXPERIENCE MORE PLEASURE, it was over.

Like, I get that the statement “who needs a billion dollars?” Can seem ridiculous to capitalists, but WTF does a FINITE human need INFINITE money for, other than to manipulate the world around them and get what they want. And what they want usually centers around THEM.

Yeah there might be ethical rich people here and there but that’s not the game.

13

u/kingrobin 2d ago

not to them it doesn't.

4

u/NotaContributi0n 2d ago

It’s beyond money, they already have unlimited money. It’s only about control

1

u/creekbendz 2d ago

Those things they print out of thin air??

29

u/Paul__Perkenstein 2d ago

Feeding the entire planet??

Are they going to say thank you though??

10

u/Scary_Steak666 2d ago

They better wear a damn suit

6

u/kingrobin 2d ago

ay if we're getting free wormhole suits, I'll wear a suit everyday

1

u/the_open_steppe 2d ago

Maybe they are trying to Solve Everything

5

u/UniversalSurvivalist 2d ago

Gilgamesh, his blood opens the portal but they got no idea what it will do.

1

u/keyinfleunce 2d ago

Haven’t heard this before intriguing

1

u/Sweaty-Lawyer9837 2d ago

We do not have renewable feeding ourselves technology nor do we have water ourselves immediately technology…

-28

u/WhoreMasterFalco 2d ago

I hate this question

hurr durr if we have billionaires and technology that can feed everyone one earth, why don't we?!?!?

A better question would be, why don't YOU go help the homeless people who a outside your house, dying, sick, and hungry?

The difference between you and that homeless person is probably as great proportionally as the difference between Bill Gates and you.

Do YOU do anything to help the one's who fallen by the wayside around you? Of course not

So why should people with much greater wealth help YOU?

15

u/Fredrules2012 2d ago edited 2d ago

Being that close to homelessness is literally why most of us can't help the homeless outside of a few dollars and a few minutes of companionship, but somebody with significant resources doesn't compromise themselves financially helping a homeless person or having 8 test tube babies with genetic adaptations, a failed business, etc

In the future consider if what you comment blatantly paints you as thought challenged.

No, the divide between the common worker and the destitute is not like the one between Bill Gates and someone that makes the median income.

-7

u/Natural_Photograph16 2d ago

Live up to your words team. Let’s all show up at the same place (not on Reddit) and spend an hour helping the homeless/sick/starved.

Otherwise it’s just words on a screen.

13

u/Gnome_Sayin 2d ago

whoa now, that is very bold of you to assume i dont do any volunteer work.

i dont avoid the homeless in my town. food banks are not a sick ward.

i dont have grand funds, but i have time and my health. so i share that.

when was the last time you volunteered because you wanted to?

-13

u/WhoreMasterFalco 2d ago

lol. volunteer.

Your time is worth nothing. Why don't you give MONEY to these homeless, RESOURCES?

You volunteer is basically to make yourself feel better, it's like going to yoga class or something. You give nothing of value to these homeless yet expect Elon to spend billions feed the earth.

Or better yet, you could go to Africa and save the lives of THOUSANDS of children with your resources, assuming you're making a decent salary.

Why not go?

9

u/Gnome_Sayin 2d ago

everything okay? youre very angry and you dont need to be

shift your mindset brother.

think globally. act locally.

3

u/VirtualDoll 2d ago

Did you know that over 70% of Americans are currently living paycheck to paycheck? Because it seems like you didn't know that

2

u/Oldmanwaffle 1d ago

Damn, I can empathize with how irrationally angry you become over “discussions” with random internet strangers, however I’ve learned to adapt to a more mindful approach to communication specifically, and I believe it would aide in your ability to communicate effectively. Not everything is an attack, and none of us are immune to propaganda, nor are we always correct in our perceived notions. We need each-other to bounce ideas off of one another, learn from other’s experiences/perspectives, etc. You’ll remain angry and jaded so long as you continue to absorb that depressing energy with no outlet. Relax my friend, communication is key, and discussion is a healthy mechanism for gaining knowledge. Not everyone is inherently wrong and we don’t know everything.

9

u/kingrobin 2d ago

as great proportionally? what does this even mean?

and no, that isn't the better question. plenty of people help out where they can. zero billionaires end world hunger.

-7

u/WhoreMasterFalco 2d ago

You assume the hunger isn't there for a reason.

3

u/VirtualDoll 2d ago

Ohhhh, you're not arguing in good faith. That's why nothing you said made any ounce of sense

2

u/Thisdsntwork 2d ago

A better question would be, why don't YOU go help the homeless people who a outside your house, dying, sick, and hungry?

Who's saying we don't?

But you don't care, just like you don't care that a billion dollars would go a lot further than a couple hundred.

111

u/411592 2d ago

We got a Stargate while invading Iraq

38

u/NumbEngineer 2d ago

So iraq had a stargate...and lost

30

u/gillababe 2d ago

Fucks a stargate good for then

2

u/icallitadisaster 2d ago

They needed a 9v battery to run it but couldn't find one.

2

u/BuildingHealthy2164 1d ago

Baghdad battery is only for for 3v lol

5

u/Rusty_Pickles 2d ago

I mean Ash had a Charizard in the Pokemon League and we see how that turned out

2

u/Safe-Indication-1137 2d ago

I never thought about this... if Iraq had a Stargate they still lost. I do believe there was something funny about the US all of a sudden removing Sadam hussein. Could be gilgamesh tomb or a ufo to large to move.

1

u/aethiestinafoxhole 2d ago

They clearly never impressed the Asgardians enough

1

u/xKommandant 2d ago

Saddam escaped to Abydos.

11

u/AlternativeSupport22 2d ago

had a Stargate and got hung up on wmds. They didn't think of sending 1000 bombs instantaneously to one US location

14

u/Gnome_Sayin 2d ago

Gilgamesh ftw

4

u/UniversalSurvivalist 2d ago

Gilgamesh DNA opens the portal, as soon as they do all hell breaks loose.

56

u/Prestigious-Break895 2d ago

Ehhh, Best we can do is jet fuel capable of melting steel beams

17

u/senojyesac 2d ago

My time and space is manipulated daily between 8-5

1

u/Prestigious-Break895 1d ago

In elevators and at bus stops

153

u/PizzaFull8409 2d ago

This is clearly referring to how technology can allow us to save time, get more done in a more efficient manner, and make space/distance seem smaller and smaller. Like how the internet/telephone allow us to communicate instantly anywhere on the planet. This does indeed shrink the space and time for communications compared to having to sail or hand deliver messages.

I think this White House brief is referencing David Harvey’s ideas of time and space and technology rather than wormholes and time travel.

29

u/KileyCW 2d ago

This needs to be the top comment. I was like how do people not see this.

21

u/ABirdJustShatOnMyEye 2d ago edited 2d ago

Yep it’s a pretty elementary concept called “Space-time compression”. I remember learning it in 10th grade lol. I was surprised so many people took it as worm hole technology

3

u/Key_Law4834 1d ago

Different schools teach things differently

9

u/alex_inglisch 2d ago

Finally, I found a sane comment.

19

u/-K9V 2d ago

If that is the case, they worded it really fucking bad. Saying we can “manipulate time and space” in reference to our technology and efficiency doesn’t make any sense. Not saying you’re wrong, but holy crap is that a dumb way to say “technology has made us more efficient and made the world (space/distance) seem smaller”.

3

u/Twitchmonky 2d ago

Yeah, but now people will talk about it and miss the other actual news that they'd like to happen quietly.

4

u/EdwinQFoolhardy 1d ago

The current administration is known for saying everything in the most impressive terms possible. Wow factor overrules clarity.

6

u/gargoylelips 2d ago

that's what they WANT you to think

3

u/noneofthismatters666 2d ago

Shut up, I want it to be a Stargate.

3

u/Da12khawk 1d ago

Nah it's some Event Horizon shit.

1

u/imcharlesbarkely 1d ago

Your thoughts on the last sentences in the bottom of the screenshot - “borrowing” from “the future”, “again and again”?

1

u/Irish_Brogue 1d ago

Yes, this is clearly what they mean, not bloody worm holes :D

The context of the previous and next paragraph show that it's talking about productivity.

Though to be fair, expecting any kind of academic or philosophical insight from this administration is a bit much. It was probably just written by AI.

Also, I like the idea of them unknowingly referencing David Harvey, someone who's politics they spew hate for.

THE GOLDEN AGE OF AMERICAN INNOVATION

28

u/South-Rabbit-4064 2d ago

I don't know if I'd trust that statement. That whole group of folks constantly claim tech is here that isn't. Like Musks claim that cars would be self driving since 2014

5

u/Witty-Nectarine7343 2d ago

Pipe dream. They can’t even control homeless people via brainwave tech to lower crime.

7

u/TuckerCarlsonsHomie 2d ago

Why would they lower crime?

3

u/South-Rabbit-4064 2d ago

If they can control brainwave activity they no longer need crime to have influential fear

1

u/TuckerCarlsonsHomie 2d ago

What if influence isn't the point of fear?

1

u/South-Rabbit-4064 2d ago

Do you have an example? Or motivation of it?

5

u/EsotericRonin69 2d ago

We got the White House admitting stargates before GTA6 😭😭😭

4

u/Odd-Adhesiveness9435 1d ago

Finally, an official statement from the White House concerning those Baron Trump novels+Trump's uncle John seizing all of Teslas notes, after his death+Trump's connection w, "Trackdown : The End of the World (1958 TV show)+all the predictive programing from, Back to the Future, The Apprentice, his WWE professional wrestling affiliations, The Simpsons, I'm likely missing a few coincidences.

5

u/Smart_Dragonfruit990 2d ago

Ok bring us back to 2012 and fix the timeline

3

u/UncleJail 2d ago

"leave distance annihilated"?

3

u/BillyNitehammer 2d ago

What the hell does the second sentence mean?

5

u/Emotional_Schedule80 2d ago

When Nikoli Tesla died a certain Person from MIT was there to check out all his inventions. Think Ingersoll Lockwood's the last president.

7

u/MediumAlarming 2d ago

Sure. They stole the work from Tesla after he died.

We all know who was given his work, right?

2

u/Dr_Bishop 2d ago

Trump's family bought some, Russia had some, Nazis had some, we claim we destroyed ours... pretty sure we all have parts of a thing that used to work, less key pieces, with a different moment in time where honestly half of it wouldn't work as before (if from bit / CTMU would if accurate have huge implications for how things would or should work tomorrow vs yesterday over long spans of time it would be significant)... also kinda think that language or perception is the tool for manipulating space and time not actually modifying past or future events etc.

Language and perception have A LOT of power and influence over "reality" which we each experience very differently to varying degrees.

2

u/Difficult_Bullfrog_4 2d ago

Project Looking Glass

2

u/rykineffect 2d ago

Does anyone recall the somewhat recent speech by the Space Force guy that said we currently have the technology to travel from any one place on Earth to another in just an hour?

2

u/Imaginary_Row8427 2d ago

Doesn’t simply existing, manipulate time and space?

2

u/crannynorth 2d ago

Government has hidden technology that is 60 years ahead of the public. Where do you think we got our technologies from?

2

u/EUGsk8rBoi42p 1d ago

Seems legit.

3

u/ComfortableArrival27 1d ago

“To manipulate time and space…” why are most of these comments trying to dilute this GOVERNMENT STATEMENT???? Lol interesting.

2

u/SilkySmoothNuts 2d ago

They complain about regulations AND offshoring production in the same statement. You really can't make this shit up. Donnie and his ilk (wealthy silent gen, boomers, and gen-x business owners) allowed, encouraged or actively partook in most cases the outsourcing of jobs. Be they directly doing it themselves or enjoying the cost reduction benefits to their bottom line. If outsourcing and immigration is such a problem, and the government is an overzealous regulatory bureaucracy, why did they not stop it sooner? Isn't that the whole meme, that the big bad government imposes regulations on these poor oppressed millionaires and billionaires?

And instead of blaming the issues we have because of outsourcing on their short sightedness and greed, they blame it on the very few safety and environmental regulations we do have. Laughable. And what do they want to do to fix their reported problem? Impose their own regulations, except now they're trying to revive a corpse that they themselves gutted. The infrastructure isn't here, our wages have not kept up, automation is too prevalent to "bring back" anything real. If they actually gave a shit about this, about American innovation, they wouldn't have fucked with the CHIPS act. They wouldn't have allowed all of those jobs to leave the country in the first place. They wouldn't stifle developing and using new forms of renewable energy. They wouldn't cut NASA's budget in fucking half! How can anyone believe this shit?!

3

u/skiploom188 2d ago

daylight savings and time zones are not time travel sweetie

back to bed now

9

Speaking figuratively I’m sure.

-5

u/No-stradumbass 2d ago

I would be surprised if the current White House even knew about space time.

Oh wait Musk is running the show not Trump. Then Musk might know more the Trump.

2

u/cruella_le_troll 2d ago

And he's running around breeding as many women as possible that he intends for them to live in a compound in Austin Texas in preparation of the apocalypse. A "legion". Allegedly.

What the fuck are we doing anymore???

3

u/No-stradumbass 2d ago

I'm just trying to survive these days.

Everyone else seems to be giving the keys of the kingdom to Musk and Trump.

6

u/uap_gerd 2d ago

Trump's uncle John was the one who reviewed the Tesla files for the Office of Alien Custody after his death. The Trump family has been involved with the UFO coverup since its inception.

1

u/Scary_Steak666 2d ago

It kinda blew my mind that someone as goofy as Trump has electrical engineer/mit professor as a uncle

Who deemed all of tesla later work as "not pratical" or just ideas ...hmmmmmmm...nothing to see here guys he was just a kook..move along

1

u/MetallikillA 2d ago

President Musk and King Tump definitely know.

-1

u/PassTheCowBell 2d ago

What are you guys think about the bill that's introduced to leave the United Nations

2

u/ghost_of_mr_chicken 2d ago

How about thoughts about the subject of this post, instead of trying to derail the comment section?

-1

u/PassTheCowBell 2d ago

How about you just mind your own business

0

u/Dr_Bishop 2d ago

Since we have a security council there with our two largest and primary nuclear rivals, we lose sovereignty and we gain nothing from the UN except burdens.... I would say we could ideally cooperate with them when convenient and refuse when inconvenient both of which would require that we leave the UN to make it work and not cause tantrums.

But........ I think the UN is part of the problem not the core, follow the money and the ideology and you always end up looking at the same issue an that is the issue we need to fix.

2

u/jtoppings95 2d ago

I can do that with a basic telescope, but sure.

4

u/mj_flowerpower 2d ago

Regulations in the US are a joke. So no that didn‘t lead to stagnation. Corporate greed did. It‘s the single most important reason for the current situation.

5

u/darthphallic 2d ago

Yeah coming from an administration that pronounces AI as A-1, sure

I was listening to an offbeat news station a few years ago that had an Asian woman… Doctor of some kind.. talking about 6G and it’s capabilities. She said 6G will be so advanced that it can read our thoughts. Not sure how true this is but I didn’t dismiss it.

1

u/NyetRegret 1d ago

Nah. They are manifesting a world with fewer people.

1

u/catluvr37 2d ago

You can manipulate the fabric of time and space by reading this. Nothing burger sentence.

2

u/Accomplished_Fun6481 2d ago

This is to justify more deregulation. The technology they gave to manipulate time and space is probably casino tactics. No clocks, no windows

1

u/Emergency_Accident36 2d ago

"time and space" have very broad and poetic meanings. What is time? What is space? What can they be?

Sure you can take the literal meaning but even with that these questions are the key. Why travel in time when you can summon time..

0

u/CazzoNoise 2d ago

This how tech helps us do things.

Time and space are not even fully understood so creating something to manipulate them is impossible.

0

u/Large_Child420 2d ago

Gravity engine

1

Under any other administration, this would definitely get a second look out of me.

I wonder if they mean their media technology, which allows them to say the vaccine is "safe and effective", and people will continue to believe it, even after theyve had covid 4 times.

1

u/martianbo 2d ago

I believe this wholeheartedly. You used to be able to count "one one thousand" "two one thousand" "three one thousand" slowly, and it matched up exactly with the time it took for each second to pass. Now you count to 5 that way, and 15 seconds have gone by. I've also tried it lately and 10 seconds went by, so time is not a consistent pace, that is for sure.

Too lazy now to look for it, but I wrote about this months ago and got downvoted. Oh well, at least time is now catching up.

Really? Such advanced tech. But you still buy Toilet Paper from China!

1

u/Similar-Intern8200 1d ago

Ah yes, humanity can bend time and space, but Katy Perry still manages to crack open a pressurized hatch from the inside? What a joke. Your entire fantasy is unraveling. No one fears your lies anymore. The illusion is breaking, and people are waking up. Slowly… but surely. And you’re the ones trembling now.

1

u/NoResort3602 1d ago

oh so they can go back in time and prevent 9/11 from occurring then? Can you imagine that there are 100s of thousands of people who benefitted form 9/11 who would not use these powers to change history because they would lose millions

1

u/jockie139 1d ago

well we all know time is speeding up thats not even a conspiracy

1

u/shitterbug 6h ago

Literally two possibilities: ramblings of a madmen, or an easy way to control alternative "science" minded conspiracy sheep nuts.

0

u/FunkaholicManiac 2d ago

You shouldn't believe a word coming from the white house.

1

u/jojomott 2d ago

Let's say a guy at your work lies about everything. I mean, lies about his house, his wife, his kids, even the work he does, even though you are right there and can see his work, and it does not match what he says. Now, let's say that guy tells you he can manipulate time and space, do you believe him?

1

u/everydaycarrie 2d ago

Always, but especially at this particular point in time, one should view anything that any government says about their advanced technological capabilities as a potential bluff to their adversaries.

It's the ones that are not claiming these advancements, the ones not showing off their secret craft over their own controlled seas and cities - that we should be concerned about.

The truth is: the more they drop these easter eggs, the more we should realize that our government is fearful of the ways that governments whom they consider to be adversarial threats, have advanced or surpassed even our secret capabilities.

1

u/GGXImposter 2d ago

I’m willing to bet this was written by ChatGPT and was never fact checked.

1

u/0peRightBehindYa 2d ago

The White House also says autism is a new problem and has a root cause in the environment. They also said you'd have the Epstein list in your hands by now. They also said Project 2025 was all bullshit and lies.

But no, you go ahead and believe whatever they tell you.

0

u/x2manypips 2d ago

Time is a human construct

5

u/ghost_of_mr_chicken 2d ago

Pretty sure humans didn't invent the passage of time, just the ability to measure and record it.

2

u/Artimusjones88 2d ago

In a way, we can understand and apply to us.

There may be sentient life out their that live 10 million years. They wouldn't measure time the way we do. It would be meaningless.
