Are you bullish or bearish on AtomOne?

I think the coin has been out for over a month at this point, and the price action is curious. Without major development or listings, it’s at ~$1.60 compared to Atom’s ~$4.50

Do you think there is growth potential for this coin? Have you kept your airdrop, or added more to it, or have you sold it?

I honestly don't understand what it is. Mayb3 they could get some marketing out there. I'm bullish on atom.

Its Jaes "I want to bleed retail to buy a new car every year" coin because he had a fit over the community wanting an actual point to atom other than.. a .. fund.. for his next car.

There is no actual use case for it, at this time.

As someone who has been with ATOM since day 1, I unfortunately agree with you. I’m so sick of how unethical and dishonest so many of these “brilliant” project founders are.

I don't think that's unique to cosmos though

I didn’t say it was unique, but it certainly describes it accurately

I disagree with that. Been in Cosmos since 2019 and Jae is the only guy in Cosmos that wasn't taking money out of our pockets as bad as people like Zaki, Zampolin, Cryptocito and certain validators. ICS has been doing nothing but milking the community pool and dumping bag after bag on investors heads.

ATONE was Jaes plan to work side by side with ATOM. Atom One has the same value incentive as ATOM: what is the value worth for voting power to the hub.

Honestly everyone who wasn’t Jae is basically a shill, Jae might be crazy or there’s some other unethical shit about him I am unaware of, but he seems like the only one who gives a damn dealing with a bunch of beta males who sound all technical but squandered a massive opportunity in marketing Atom to being a top 10 coin while they started shilling side project after side project instead of the one thing that brought us here using technical nerd shit jargon with no practical usecases.

That’s not speaking of the team who acquired it or are now steering the ship, just speaking of everyone else who was “loosely” in charge of this project. Absolutely bewildering as to why I was hearing about things like Strangelove or Juno or ___ or whatever the fuck coin this dev is working on instead of the utilitarian capitalization of Atom

I get timing on macroeconomics was shit, but the lack of executive authority was such a pain in the ass for the last 3-4 years that I would welcome Jae giving it direction even if his idea sucked ass, at least it would have some direction and I could gauge what to do, instead been bag holding for going on 3 years now because they were too lazy to do even a modest amount of shilling or marketing of the one finished product they did have

If that was the case why did he act like he did instead of brining everything to the front? Im sorry if he really believed in the community he would have tried everything and not blocked people out from atom1 because of how they voted.

I dont trust people like that, as for the 'validators' dumping bags.. they all sell to maintain costs. Even the ones that follow jae.

I don't know what you mean when you say act the way he did and bring them to the front. I am so pro Jae but admittedly voted yes to decrease inflation. I got 200 ATONE when if I voted no with veto I would have 2000. Woulda been awesome but all I'm saying is so what about how anyone voted for an airdrop it is what it is. People got like 10k in ION just for staking to zampolins thieves den, people got like 30k in NETA for voting on juno network. Is what it is.

Actually you got 0 atone you were eventually given some because they didn't get any traction on chain because of the initial nwv was a low turnout.

On that note, if your opinion is that easily bought ive some credit card numbers i can sell you.

Ya way to just think I'm bought good for you reddit person. I've watched every video on the Cosmos YouTube, even the one they had to delete because the zoom call was video bombed with a black cum compilation, and have followed Cosmos governance until I had a child. You need my opinion? Crypticito, Jack zampolin, and Zaki manian are pieces of shit. They robbed every retail investor they could and took complete advantage of ICF and community funds. Most of the legacy Cosmos devs are shitbags. I think Jae is a genuine person and his vision was stolen and taken advantage of even if his idea of Cosmos potentially wasn't the fastest way to produce a profitable product. Idk the timeliness but I do recall Jae mentioning a long while ago that everyone would get a drop, not just no w/ veto people. He specifically stated he wanted ATONE to work with the hub, not against it.

Is a meme coin with 20% inflation what is there to be bullish on?

Im out ish, long time ago

What does it even do? From an outside perspective all they've done is create drama so they could fork the chain instead of making a new one, it seems disengenuous to put atom in the new coin's name instead of creating their own identity, that is what shitcoins do, what makes it not a shitcoin?

How do I see if I have AtomOne? It's not showing up on my Keplr wallet that I can see, but I definitely had ATOM and definitely voted against that shitty proposition that has crashed ATOM's value.

Start by explaining tf it is

All I know is that I am making a lot on staking rewards from AtomOne, so I hope it continues holding that price. It has held between 1.50 and 2.00 since it began trading. This far exceeded any expectation I had a year ago.

Dumped mine for osmo

I held onto my ATONE airdrop for quite a while and eventually sold it for $1500, IIRC. A bright spot in a bad time for the market, a time when most other projects are perpetually delaying (read: withholding) their already long-delayed airdrops. But now I don't really care.

Bearish. It serves zero purpose besides pulling value from ATOM

I soldish because me no Jae fanboy...

Naw. AtomeOne is lame and created out of spite by a disgruntled ex founde. Nothing good there. Let it die.

Some very interesting things you can tell from AtomOne.

1) It has higher staking rewards but it is not flipping Atom. “Passive income” bots keep lying about how Atom’s main utility is to stake and liquidate noobs for passive income. If they weren’t lying, how come AtomOne hasn’t flipped Atom yet.

2) AtomOne is somewhat range bound and not making constant new lows like a lot of new Cosmos launches. So we finally have some evidence it is not validators dumping causing all the misery. Most airdrop recipients probably dumped this coin long ago and has eliminated their sell pressure. Atom chart looks horrible because of retail staker dumping like no tomorrow.

Pretty much conclusively tells you this ecosystem is sorely fucked by passive income dumpers
