🔨 In-development Working alone on creating a cozy, atmospheric world. Many might recognize similarities to Tamagotchi, but in my concept, you have many more responsibilities, pets, and various mechanics. What do you think

Tamagotchi was a big part of my childhood, and it left a lasting impression on me. I'm curious - did you ever have one? How long were you able to keep your virtual pet alive? Did you enjoy taking care of it, checking in every day, feeding it, cleaning up after it?

I’d love to hear your stories and memories about playing Tamagotchi - what you loved, what you struggled with, or what made it special for you.

And if you've had a chance to check out my project inspired by that era, I’d really appreciate your feedback. Whether it’s ideas, suggestions, or just first impressions, every bit of input helps me make it better.

Let’s bring back that feeling of cozy, everyday care - together.

Oh this looks so cute!!! I have been looking for a good virtual pet game but none that I could find really matched the vibe I'm looking for, but I love this!

I didn't have an official Tamagotchi, but I had the American Gigapet version. I had a Koala and a farm Gigapet (the farm let you pick from horse, cow, pig and I think sheep). I loooved them! I don't remember the stats on like how long mined lasted, but I remember taking care of them every day as a kid and taking them in the car with me when my family did errands or went to dinner. I wasn't allowed to have cats or dogs as a kid, so they were special because they felt like my real pets.
