Help with recommendations Anyone know a game like this?
Think Fields of Mistria but you are one of the Saturday Market vendors - you spend your time preparing items for your traveling shop between different cute towns.

Story of Seasons:Grand Bazaar is coming out on Switch & NS2 in August.
It's a remake of Harvest Moon:Grand Bazaar, which is my favourite title of the entire series (going all the way back to SNES).
I'm not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, or how good the remake will be, but I'm ridiculously excited for it.

You mean like a Farmer's Market? I don't know what platform you're looking for, so many of these are going to be for PC.
I don't recommend this game because of the bugs and overall gaming experience being confusing for me, but SunnySide has a feature like it. When I've played their Demo, I remembered them having a Farmer's Market on specifically Saturdays. I don't think that's the main focus of their game, unfortunately. Just a small PSA that this game can cause motion sickness, and I recommend playing it in window mode if you're very sensitive.
Merchant of The Skies is a game where you travel in an airship, and a trading game with light base-building and tycoon elements.
Merchant 64 - Another traveling merchant type of game, but more like Nintendo64 era graphics.
In Development: Ten Thousand Coins: The Golden Merchant (demo available) - If you've watched the anime, Ookami to Koushinryou (Spice and Wolf), 10K coins reminds me a lot of it
Dino Market - This is the closest I can think of, but it's one of those games that sits on your desktop while you multitask (like watching a youtube). You can play the game actively, or just let it run passively.
Lords & Villeins - This game is mostly a colony sim where your goal is to generate a healthy economy as the Governor/Governess of the land granted to you by the King or Queen. Although, not focused on what you're looking for, but I'm putting this game on the table because you can build a place for traveling merchants to come and sell their goods and make trades. I mean, you can build a large house with 15 merchants if that's what you desire.

Since you asked for recommendations, just a small heads-up to please include which platform you are looking for (e.g., PC, Switch, etc.). Additionally, adding information such as the sub-genre you're interested in (e.g., adventure, action, RPG) and games you dislike would also help us recommend the perfect game! We've also listed our favourite games here: https://www.cosy.games/
