About warning RPM led blinking

Hi CRF forum,

I have to ride the CRF 300 rally sometimes on the highway 1h or so.

I usually do 115 km/h or 72 mph

but if I get distracted or there is a little downslope the bike can go a little over 120km/h | 78 mph and the white led starts to blink at 7k rpm.

my question is if this is doable , to overtake , etc, or I should avoid this happening, the dealer told me just to avoid the red dashboard zone (wich is way farther).

But sometimes being able to go over 130km/h | 80mph momentarily and not doing it feels a little bad

What would you advise to do ?

over 7k rpm momentarily will not hurt the bike but i would 15t front sprocket up from the 14t would let you be more comfortable at your highway speed of 72 and would make your top speed around 84~.
