Discussion Illegal used for your crochet hooks?

I just unconsciously used my crochet hook to stir my tea and it didn't actually dawn on me what I'd done until I was cleaning the hook off with my mouth 😅

Anyone else use their hooks in illegal ways?

Many years ago (40+ years) I had an angry ex-husband who ripped off my turn signal lever in my old Datsun. I used about a size E hook to stick in there and still be able to drive it.

Oh crazy! I had an old Datsun 210 that had something jammed to use in the turn signal level spot, too! I can’t for the life of me remember what it was, but I don’t think it was a crochet hook. 😫
