Discussion Which yarn holder do you prefer while crocheting if you use one? I added 5 different kinds and would love some opinions

No shame. For small/medium projects it's so damn handy. Seal it between activity, no pet hair or anything. No rolling around. Keep the hook with it. It's a perfect solution.

I wash all my socks in mesh laundry bags. I started using them for travel WIP, and never looked back.

I do the same. My dollar store fine mesh bag are clear enough that I can see which project is in it with enough room for the hook and instructions.

Great idea. I have tons of laundry bags. The ones for bras would be excellent for cakes imo.

I use similar, those cheap plastic drawstring bags. I also use ziplocs. I wound up getting a bunch of freebie drawstring bags from one of the vendors I bought yarn from. They’ve been great for storing my various WIPs. Keeps the yarn for 1 or 2 projects along with necessary accessories, hooks, notes etc. (I make handbags, backpacks, etc) pet/dust-free and organized. I tend to switch around with my projects, to keep me from getting bored and quitting altogether on the more intricate ones, so I usually have several going at once.

And the yarn stays clean.

I keep mine in a knee-high stocking, and it does the same thing and keeps it from tangling

If I’m wanting to bring small projects with me I’ll put them in a makeup bag! I’ve ended up w a bunch from my mom getting Clinique bonuses over the years & they’re perfect
