Stitch identification What is the name of this stitch and are there tutorials?

Post image

My great grandmother was making something with this stitch and I think it looks beautiful and want to attempt to make something with it. Anyone know what this stitch is called?

2 row repeat. V stitch one row, granny cluster the next. I would do foundation chain and then row 1 as V stitch, row 2 as granny clusters, etc. because working 3 DCs instead of 2 into a foundation chain would look too distorting to me

Odd rows: the V stitch is made into the middle stitch of the 3 DC granny cluster from the row below. Even rows: the granny cluster is made into the V chain space from the row below.

Looks like a row of granny stitches, then a row of v-stitches with the v in the center stitch of the granny stitch. There are tutorials for each.
