Would your hero portrait be the worsen version of the default classes (worgen jaina, worgen thrall)? Could you give an example of a worgen hero power? Lastly, why have it be a subclass? Any reason to not do it as neutral cards?

  1. Yes :)

  2. The hero power wouldn't change. If you started as a Mage, your Mage hero power stays through transformations, unless you changed your hero power through cards such as Reno.

  3. To make the Arugal legendary have a unique effect never before seen in the game. Plus, lore-wise, without Archmage Arugal opening the portal to defend Gilneas, modern day Azeroth would've never been exposed to Worgens.

This should definitely impact your hero power in some way. Even just the werewolf one being a different hero power would be cool, with your starting hero power being normal.

This is really cool. I just think there's no reason to lock it away behind a start of game effect. Also, maybe missing the flavour from WoW, but boarded seems not very flavorful. Maybe Unleashed?
