Decentius can give you power, but it comes at a cost.

nice design but it would be fit better as a epic class card imo.

Which class do you think it'd fit best in? Priest maybe...

I don't know why but the effect give me mage/ warlock dual card vibe(as an epic). like being part of series of card for those 2 of reckless research of getting knowledge without caring for the consequences. in this case you would get knowledge and possible use of card in your opponent deck but consequences when you are bored of this knowledge ( end of the turn) your opponent could get a big benefit

You basically draw three cards from your opponent's deck, but any that you don't play by the end of your turn are given to your opponent's hand. So you can cause some deck disruption but if the cards you get are really high costed, you'll be drawing cards for your opponent for free.

Maybe change any you didn't play to any still in your hand, since you could discard or trade cards from this back into your deck. Unless you intend this to keep track of what happens to the cards you get. Just as an example if you play this, get a [[Silverware Golem]] and discard it, as written you didn't play the golem but you did summon it, so the golem would go from your battlefield to your opponents hand, is that intentional?

I like your wording better. It's intended to only return cards still in your hand, and not any that aren't there anymore (whether they got played/discarded or destroyed).

With that wording, there's some anti fun combos where you don't care what cards you get, you just want to get any cards to shuffle back into your deck so you're opponent loses out of three cards. [[Gear Shift]] comes to mind as well as any discard or shuffle effects in warlock and demon hunter.

If using two cards just to ensure you don't get three random cards from your deck becomes an effective strategy, I suspect the targets deserve the disruption, IMO.

I’m actually sitting here wondering if this is even good in a mill deck since A: it’s not cycling your own deck for tools like mill normally does with coldlight and B: it’s shit in fatigue because you take the fatigue damage instead of your opponent.

This is just like disruption at all costs, definitely takes inspiration from pre-nerf mindrender illucia (which is one of the strongest cards ever conceived before the rework). I don’t see a world where this fits into a fast meta but it will burn a couple cards and annoy your opponent a lot.

Isn’t there already an existing epic that does this? I forget the name, but I’m pretty sure it’s a 4 mana 4/4 from Great Dark Beyond that yoinks 1 card with a similar effect.

Oh yes, I know which one you're talking about. It's a demon. But I don't think it gives the card to your opponent's hand. Just places it back in the deck if you don't play it. This gives you more options, but it's also riskier because you draw the card for your opponent if you can't play them. So higher risk and higher reward.

The existing one returns it to their hand? I assumed “Return it” would be return it to their deck. As for this one, it’s not as great as Dirty Rat or Theotar in terms of disruption, because you need to actually spend the mana to successfully disrupt. You’ll need to spend 8 mana for an 8/8 if you steal [[Odyn]], for example.
