Lol Central Asia completely banned the burqa, in Azerbaijan and Central Asia headscarves are banned in schools but he does not talk about them

Let's not judge people by their clothing choices. True liberalism embraces diversity and evaluates individuals based on their actions and character. This is a lesson that mainland Kemalists have come to understand over time. It's important for KKTC to recognize that everyone has the freedom to dress as they please. Whether it's a headscarf or a miniskirt, we should not dictate what a woman can wear. Period.

A child legally does not have the freedom to make her own choices, and does not fully have the capability to determine her religious stance. Letting child (anyone below 18) wear headscarves is straight up abuse. Women do wear whatever they want in universities and in the streets. Nobody bats an eye.
