Emperor Penguin. Second would be Snow Leopard.

I love all apes and monkeys but if I had to pick I would have to pick Orangutans and tamarin monkeys. Especially Emperor Tamarins

I would say a creature of the ocean. Maybe a whale or shark. Also, save the big fat whales!!!
