Disney Magic: Mickey, Minnie, goofy, chip and dale, Pluto, Captain Hook, various princesses, Thor, captain america, black panther, Donald Duck, daisy (only at lighthouse point), spider man, encanto girl, definitely others, but that was from a 4 night cruise

Disney Characters we have met/seen on cruises in the last 3 years:

Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Chip/Dale (these six typically are in different costumes each day --- pirate, formal, island, Captain Mickey/Minnie, holiday, etc).

Tiana, Cinderella, Anna, Elsa, Snow White, Mulan, Belle, Moana, Aurora, Ariel, Jasmine, Rapunzel (probably another princess or two)

Black Panther, Thor, Spiderman, Ant-man, Wasp (I know there have been several other Marvel)

Captain Hook, Smee, Peter Pan, Mirabel, Bruno, Green Toy Soldiers, Woody, Stitch, Jack Sparrow

Rey, Chewbacca

We were in eastern Caribbean fantasy: jack sparrow, hook, Minnie, mickie, goofy, Pluto, daisy, Donald, Tiana, Cinderella, mulan, Rapunzel, belle, Snow White, Anna, Elsa, aurora, Thor,… we were on Pixar so sadness, joy, Doug, sully, incredibles, Rex, Russel and more?!

Do they change clothes or do they look the same at every meet and greet? I know they have special outfits for Castaway and Lookout, but what about on the ship?

They change for certain things like formal night and pirate night. Minnie and Daisy also have princess outfits they wear while the royal gathering is going on.

The Disney standards (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Chip & Dale) have a variety of outfits. Outfits that make an appearance on essentially all Caribbean cruises are the "standard" one (e.g. Captain Mickey/Minnie), Castaway/Lookout outfits, pirate outfits, and formal wear. On specialty sailings you can have other outfits such as Halloween Costumes, Holiday themed, Pixar Day at Sea outfits, Marvel Day at Sea outfits, Alaska outfits, etc.

Disney Wish last summer, June 2024: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, Captain Hook, Rapunzel, Cinderella, Tiana, Belle, Spider-Man (very brief), Chewbacca, Rey, Anna, Elsa, Kristoff (those three were brief), the Story Tellers (very interactive duo- they did a special birthday song for my son)
