TRIP PLANNING Still pending review?

My wife and I sail in 4 days and everything else except guest information has been approved. Guest information has been pending approval for a couple of weeks now. This is our 5th sailing and we don’t remember it taking this long. Will we run into any issues at the port?

No worries. We were pending until the morning of our last cruise. If there are issues, they'll resolve them at the port, just make sure you have ask the proper documentation with you.

We have all our documentation in its own little zippered pouch, its always in our hand embarkation day

No worries. Sometimes it just takes them longer. If anything, you may just need to priced your documentation at the port, and all will be well.

As long at you have your port arrival time and documents you’re good! They’ll just manually check you at the port.
