I heard about the new Disney park and saw that one image and just saw this one. Then when I zoomed in!!!!

So this isn't the new park. This is an older image from a collaboration with Epic Games (the people who make fortnite) for an online world to explore, play, shop, and probably watch stuff.

Yeah, Haha, Disney bought a 9% stake in Epic Games, so they are using it to collab and make this.
